web211 ssh connection timeout - not from all computers

Hi there.

I have a strange problem. I cannot login via ssh from my home computer:

ssh: connect to host web211.webfaction.com port 22: Network is unreachable

BUT when I log into a VPS I have and ssh from there I can perfectly log into my account on webfaction.

Did I trigger some blocking behaviour on the webfaction server which blocks my ip range? (I am not aware of anything I have done that could have provoked this…)

It is quite possible that your IP is being blocked. If you would like to open a support ticket for us to take a closer look, we would be happy to help.

Ok, now it works again. If that happens again I'll open a support ticket.

I have this same issue, I've opened a ticket, but it's still waiting for response. My problem is in web347.
