Mail settings question: WebFaction mail forwarding to Gmail, SMTP from Gmail through WebFaction

Hi, I use my gmail account to manage an account hosted at webfaction; I have the following mail configuration:

In WebFaction control panel, I have an email address which forwards to a GMail account
In GMail I send emails through WebFaction SMTP server: smtp.webfaction.com:587 with TLS protection

How to solve the spam error?
Do I need to DNS override MX | PTR in WebFaction?
How to configure mail addresses to not be case sensitive?

A1. The administrator for '186.52.130.47' has to contact spamhaus and ask to be de-listed.

A2. Our e-mail servers only use MX records, you may submit a support ticket if you would like us to investigate the status of the domains DNS without publishing the domain here.

A3. They should already be this way, if you have an instance where it is failing submit a support ticket explaining it and we can investigate further.
