We do not have immediate plans to start offering servers located in Europe, although this is something we would like to implement in the long run.

Any plans for Africa :) No but Europe would be great - at least a 50% reduction (160ms to 80ms)

I have an account on US land. Will it be easy to switch billing from US $ to European € with the new hosting plan?

All of our billing is done in US$, regardless of the location of the servers.

I have an hosting plan paid for a couple of years on an US server. Is it possible to move it to Europe?

If you would like to move to an EU server, please open a support ticket to request it. We'll then add one to your account and you can then move your sites and data to the new server.
