Some things to change in panel

Hi,

I'd like to suggest you to change two minor things in WF panel:

1. In Websites/Add the subdomains listbox is very awkward when there is a number of subdomains to select. I suggest to increase the height of it or to manage the list of subdomains in different manner.

2. All lists have the default number of items set to 20 (domains, applications, websites). Either increase this number to, for example 50, or store the changed number of items into cookie to be remembered for next session.
