You need to grant the new user access to the specific folder or all the folders with the setfacl command. Here is more information about how to do this: http://docs.webfaction.com/software/general.html?highlight=granting#granting-access-to-specific-users.

How do I login to an SSH session? I can see SSH/FTP and Change SSH/FTP, but do not know how to get to the session.
