NGINX problem with serving static files for Django App

I am having the exact issue that http://community.webfaction.com/questions/9803/ was having.

The solution was to manually refresh nginx. How do I do this? Or how do I get someone to do it for me? Thanks.

To have the system wide nginx restarted, you will need to open a support ticket via https://help.webfaction.com or via the 'Support' menu item at https://my.webfaction.com.
