I'm guessing this is happening because a file is not pointing to the correct location of the OSQA installation folder. According to the error above it looks like it's looking for it at
/home/davehust/osqa/osqa.wsgi
and in the httpd.conf file I made it so it should point to the correct folder by changing the alias to
