Can't login to ftp using username.webfaction.com, but can using webxx.webfaction.com

Not quite sure if it's a problem, but I am unable to login directly through my username. I am using filezilla. I can log in to ftp using my webxx.webfaction.com, including both my account, plus another ftp user I set up.

The correct domain is "username.webfactional.com", rather than "username.webfaction.com".

This distinction is to create a logical separation between those websites which are our official sites (such as this one, "community.webfaction.com") and those which are not.
