I created a WordPress application and pointed it to XYZ.com. I have added a theme, images, posts, pages, plugins, etc. Now client wants to move domain names. Can I simply point it to ABC.com from my control panel? Is there anything else I need/should do?

What you should do is create a new site in the control panel for your ABC.com domain, then add your existing WordPress app to the new site, then remove the WordPress app from the original site (or delete the site entirely).

After doing so, if the URLs generated by WordPress still point to XYZ.com, then follow the instructions here to fix it: WordPress Links Point to the Wrong Domain

Hope that helps!
