I'm trying to update a column in my database. It currently only has a 30 character limit. But I need to change it to 60. I am using Django south.

I seem to have no problem making database on my local server, but I'm running into problems on webfaction. I changed the column length to 60 in my models, but I can't get the database to accept these changes via south.

Here is the output from an attempted change to my "sessions" app.: http://dpaste.com/286185/

Any advice?

Hi,

It looks like your sessions table has a reference to the accounts table so when it is trying to change the sessions table the accounts table needs to be modified as well. Can you create a schema migration for the accounts as well, since that is the table that is failing the accounts table not the sessions table.
