how do i get access to the php.ini file?

The php.ini file should be located in the root directory of a PHP application. This would be something like:

$HOME/webapps/my_php_app/php.ini

If the php.ini file does not already exist, you can create it. More information is available in our PHP documentation. Hope that helps!

thank you it did help but it was not the walk around i needed
