Hi, what is better for performance, have templates on database or save as files.

This on expressionegine 512 webfaction instance.

I have all my templates outside the system, in addition to better performance, they are also more easily edited with Textmate or other editing SW. A1

I'm not terribly familiar with ExpressionEngine, but I think that reading templates from the filesystem should be faster than reading them from a database.
