When I try to reuse Django webapp in websites settings window following error occurs: "Site app with this Site, Path and Account already exists". Django, AFAIK, allows such thing, why is it prohibited by Webfaction? Is there other way to do this?

It is possible, we would have to see your account to be able to determine the issue. Submit a support ticket so we can take a closer look.

It was my fault but partly because of inconvenience of webfaction control panel (see my answer).

I tried to use path which already was used by previous app (/ i.e. site root). There was almost imperceptible X sign on the right of app to delete it. Then I added it again with another path.
