I have been trying to verify that my wife's new email address is forwarding correctly to her primary mailbox at another hosting company. No spam filtering at WF has been selected, so that should not be an issue, right? Right??

The messages are of the form:

To: Maria@her-new-domain-at-wf.com
Subject: t1
Hi!

I vary the subject through t2, t3, etc., so I know which message made it through.

I have sent tests from my desktop, my laptop, from her desktop, and from RoundCube when logged into her webmail. Although a copy of them all land in her mailbox at WF, not a single one has been forwarded. Nada. Zip. Zilch.

Thoughts? Insights?

Maybe open a support ticket and provide the email address that is sending the message as well as the mailbox sent to. We can then check your mailbox as well as our logs for any details on where the message went.
