Community site: login faq

So, I wanted to post something here, but I forgot my password for the account.

I followed the typical routine of clicking "forgot my password" at the login prompt. It sent me an email with a link to change my password.

Except! it still asks you what your current password is, to create a new password...which I need to login.

Why would it ask this, when the whole reason for getting a new password is that I don't know my current password. I'm stuck. The only way I can login is by click "forgot my password" every time. But I'll never have a password.

Nice joke webfaction.

I just reset my password, and it does not ask for the old one.
