I run a Django app in Webfaction. I got a issue when set up the mod_pagespeed. Here is the logs:

[Sun Jan 06 14:02:16 2013] [error] [mod_pagespeed 1.0.22.7-2005 @833] /home/username/mod_pagespeed/cache/WV5TeboElEm-qyAlRMPA.outputlock:0: failed to stat (code=2 No such file or directory)
[Sun Jan 06 16:11:38 2013] [error] [mod_pagespeed 1.0.22.7-2005 @833] /home/username/mod_pagespeed/cache/mYK9oWYikH2t223RyJBK.outputlock:0: failed to stat (code=2 No such file or directory)
[Sun Jan 06 19:32:06 2013] [error] [mod_pagespeed 1.0.22.7-2005 @24086] /home/username/mod_pagespeed/cache/jE5AtBIy1O-TKu4I7Ugj.outputlock:0: failed to stat (code=2 No such file or directory)

Directory "/home/username/mod_pagespeed/cache" is already exist. Inside:

-rw-r--r-- 1 username username 13 Jan 7 00:15 !clean!time!
drwxrwsr-x 4 username username 4096 Dec 12 05:47 http,3A
drwxrwsr-x 15 username username 4096 Dec 29 08:53 rname

How to solve this issue?

EDIT (add configs):

ModPagespeed on
SetOutputFilter MOD_PAGESPEED_OUTPUT_FILTER
ModPagespeedFileCachePath "/home/username/mod_pagespeed/cache/"
ModPagespeedGeneratedFilePrefix "/home/username/mod_pagespeed/files/"

AddOutputFilterByType MOD_PAGESPEED_OUTPUT_FILTER text/html
ModPagespeedEnableFilters collapse_whitespace

Modules loaded:

LoadModule pagespeed_module modules/mod_pagespeed.so
LoadModule deflate_module modules/mod_deflate.so

This discussuion in the google forums looks very similar. The responder, Josh Marantz is authoritative, as he's the Pagespeed team lead, and stated that "It is true that mod_pagespeed prints a few messages as a result of two Apache child processes attempting optimize the same resource concurrently, and we should probably avoid printing in this case."

Is it possible that you're seeing expected behaviour?

Can you post the configuration directives you used to do this? If you do not want to post in public you may submit a support ticket.
