Trying to upload a MySQL DB backup and the file size limit is 20mb. My backup is 45mb and it won't let me upload the backup. Help?

For such a large backup, I think you would be better off using a shell to import it as described in the documentation.

Upload the database backup to your account using your favorite file transfer software. Then, SSH in and run a command like:

mysql -u database_user -p -D database_name < dbbackup.sql
