Could someone please help me to set up a cron job (or possibly a cron job for each of my Drupal webapps -- I have one for D6 and one for D7) that will run cron for all of the Drupal sites in my multisite installation? (Actually, I have two multisite installations -- one for D6 and one for D7.) Here's one page I found on Drupal.org, but I'm not sure what to do next: http://drupal.org/node/246091

A series of cron jobs as described in this comment on the page you referenced looks to be the simplest and easiest solution. However, the first should work as well - you would just create the "cronall.php" script as described and then call it from within cron; the only difference is that you would have one for each multisite installation instead of one for each sub-site.
