I'm fetching image links from a postgres database. Few come through, like 2-3 but the others are broken. When I check the console it tells me that it's receiving a GET 403 forbidden error. Other information comes through no problem. Does this have anything to do with permission on certain links?. The image links I'm pulling are in this format:

I'm using node.js now to connect server and database.

I have checked repairing file permission but that does not seem to change anything.
