Never mark a certain email address as SPAM

I want to receive emails from my friend, but some of them are being sent to my SPAM folder instead of my Inbox. How can I configure my WebFaction Email to always send my friend's messages to my Inbox?

You can use a custom ProcmailRC to accomplish this. Here is one example:

# Always send my friend's email to my inbox:
:0:
* ^From:.*myfriend@host.com
$DEFAULT

# Send spammy messages to the Spam folder:
:0:
* ^X-Spam-Level: \*\*\*
.Spam/

# Any remaining messages should go to my inbox:
:0:
$DEFAULT
