I added the name servers to my registrar but would like to have my url be www.example.com not example.webfactional.com. How can I set this up?

The first thing you'll need to do is add the domain to your account, and make sure you also add the "www" sub-domain. You can find instructions for managing domains in the control panel here:

http://docs.webfaction.com/user-guide/domains.html#adding-a-domain-to-the-control-panel

Next you'll need to modify your site's Website record and add the domains you'd like to use for the site. You can find instructions for managing Website records here:

http://docs.webfaction.com/user-guide/websites.html#create-a-website-with-the-control-panel
