I'm trying to setup my webpage, but I'm having a lot of issues with the permission on the server. I already changed the permissions using the "getfacl" command. I used the getfacl to copy the same permissions of the original file (the file that works correctly). I'm not sure if it's a PHP issue. Here is the permissions list:

-rw-r--r-- 1 kamillahc kamillahc 6057 Sep 24 15:16 config.php
drw-r-Sr-- 2 kamillahc kamillahc 4096 Sep 24 15:19 css
-rw-r--r-- 1 kamillahc kamillahc 12 Sep 23 12:56 index_.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 kamillahc kamillahc 4906 Sep 24 15:19 index.php
drw-r-Sr-- 2 kamillahc kamillahc 4096 Sep 24 15:19 lang

The "index_.html" file works because it's the original one. But the index.php doesn't work. I'm getting this message:

"403 – Forbidden

The page you requested cannot be served. Please try again later.

If you are the website owner, please see Error: 403 Forbidden documentation for more information and possible steps to resolve the problem."

Please, somebody knows what's wrong?

Thanks!

I took a look at your account and the issue is happening because you are using a 'Static only' type application, which will not process php files. Infact if you visit you.webfactional.com/index.php it will work and download as a static file, which is expected of a 'static only' site. You will want to use a 'Static/PHP/CGI' type app.
