Hi!!

I've been trying to change the path of my redmine installation but I couldn't. I get in the main page going at domain.webfactional.com/redmine, but when I click in a link, it goes to domain.webfactional.com/ so it doesn't work...

I tried the solution of adding the following line at redmine/config/environment.rb: Redmine::Utils::relative_url_root = "/path"

Could you please give me some solution?

Thanks!!

Ok, it looks like the issue is that, even though you've attached the Redmine app to your site on a a sub-URI, the Redmine app is running on at the root of its own back-end Nginx server, so it generates all of its links based on that.

I can't seem to find a way to work around that, so my recommendation is that you create a separate subdomain, like path.domain.webfactional.com, and run Redmine from that as a separate site.

That works perfectly!!

The solution is hosting redmine in a subdomain like redmine.domain.webfacional.com

Thank you!!

Please try adding the following to the server section of your app's nginx.conf:

 passenger_base_uri /path

Be sure to restart your app after making that change.

Hope that helps! Please let us know if you need anything else.

Thank you for your answer, but the problem continues, I added that line in the server section, and I restarted the app, but with no changes. The links still without the path where they should point :(

Any other idea??

Thanks
