I am using GoDaddy's name server, with IP A-Record pointing to a WebFaction server's IP.

If I want to setup two servers with DNS round robin, the IP A-Record should point to which server's IP? Either one?

The answer is "both". Round-robin DNS requires one A record for each IP. So, if you have two servers, then you need two A records.
