Hi all,

I have created an email hello@domaine.com which is link to a contact form on my website. Unfortunately, I can't receive email from this contact form because it goes directly to my spam folder (I have tried to send it to a gmail address and it works).
Also when I am directly sending an email to hello@domaine.com, it works perfectly, I am receiving the email.

My question is, how to get this spam email in my mailbox, even in a Junk folder.

Take the following steps:

  1. Go to https://my.webfaction.com/mailboxes.
  2. Click on the row for your mailbox.
  3. Click "Advanced" in the filtering section.
  4. Enter the following in filter entry field:
:0
* ^From.*hello@domaine\.com
$DEFAULT

:0
* ^X-Spam-Level: \*\*\*
. Junk/

Then click the blue Save button to save your changes.

This way, anything from hello@domaine.com will go to your inbox, and spam will be filtered into your spam folder named "Junk". If your spam folder is named something else, then change the name in the filter accordingly.

Hey,

Unfortunately, it's not working.. I am not getting the spam nor the email to my inbox. Is webfaction webmail working differently that it would stop my email ?

For more details here is how it works :

to: "hello@getcleanio.com",
from: "Cleanio Contact Entreprise"+"contactform@getcleanio.com"

And here is what I have in my Advanced mailbox :

:0
* ^X-Spam-Level: \*\*\*
. Junk/

:0
* ^From.*contactform@getcleanio\.com
$DEFAULT

Somehow it should get to my mailbox, no ?

Of course if I change this "hello@getcleanio.com" to a gmail address or hotmail address, I receive the email.

The order of the rules is significant.

If you put your contactform@getcleanio.com rule first, then it will be processed before the spam rule, and the message should go to your inbox.
