My mailbox / email address seems to be misconfigured, as I am not receiving emails to the addresses I added to my account.

I created an email address:

Email address:  support@<mysubdomain>.<mydomain>.com

and added a list of targets using the default mailbox name and another one I created:

targets:  <mailbox name>

When I log in with roundcube to a mailbox i can send emails fine, but do not receive emails. Any ideas or suggestions to test this?

The best thing to do in these cases is to open a support ticket so we can take a look at your configuration and check the mail server for error messages.
