Hi everyone, I'm using (in development) Ruby 2.1.2 and Rails 4.1. While updating to rails 4.1 it's "as easy as bundle update" (and it's also already available), updating from ruby 2.0.0 to 2.1 involves recompiling and usually install of RVM.

I have no problem in doing it but obviously I may have trouble with setup. I would like to know if there is a "correct" way/path to do it on webfaction.

This is fun, I just received a newsletter (like 1 minute ago) from webfaction that stated their new software upgrades in clude "Ruby 2.1"

So basically this answer my question, I'll be probably able to perform a classical install in a couple of days through webfaction panel.

And do you have it now? Cause I received the letter too, but the last version of ruby in the list is still 2.0.0.
