WebFaction
Community site: login faq

My client made his own website using web.com, he didn't like it so he asked me to make him one. I was just wondering if what I have done to repoint the web.com domain to webfaction is correct (I just did it so I don't know if it worked yet).

I have added all the DNS servers and name servers under his web.com DNS manager, and added the domain under the webfaction application. Do I have to do anything more, or am I fine?

It sounds like you've done everything you need to do, and the site should start working as soon as the DNS changes propagate.

If it doesn't, then feel free to open a support ticket and we'll be happy to take a closer look.
