My client used web.com to set up his domain, and I am attempting to connect his email with webfaction. I can send emails through the WebFaction webmail, but I can't receive any.

It sounds like the DNS MX records for the domain are wrong. You can check this with:

dig +short MX domain.com

Or, more accurately (checking each nameserver):

(d=domain.com && for ns in $(dig +short ns $d); do dig +short @${ns} MX $d; done)

If you tell us the domain, we can do this check for you.

Hey thanks for showing me those commands! Everything is fine now however, I just had to wait a little bit for the DNS to repoint.
