I'm attempting to resync my trac repository cache upon commit, but I can't seem to make it work! My ~/webapps/svn/hooks/post-commit script is rather simple:

#!/bin/sh
export PYTHON_EGG_CACHE=/home/<user>/webapps/trac/lib/python2.4:$PYTHON_EGG_CACHE
/home/<user>/webapps/trac/bin/trac-admin /home/<user>/webapps/trac/ changeset added <repo> $2

However, I get the following error:

arning: post-commit hook failed (exit code 1) with output:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/home/khaz/webapps/trac/bin/trac-admin", line 5, in ?
    from pkg_resources import load_entry_point
  File "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/pkg_resources.py", line 2479, in ?
    working_set.require(__requires__)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/pkg_resources.py", line 585, in require
    needed = self.resolve(parse_requirements(requirements))
  File "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/pkg_resources.py", line 483, in resolve
    raise DistributionNotFound(req) # XXX put more info here
pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: Trac==0.12

Any ideas? I've read the WebFaction documentation but it is not helpful with regards to this issue.

Thanks.

Not sure what version of track you are running, it might be related to this bug,

http://trac.edgewall.org/changeset/9806

You may submit a support ticket if you would like us to look at the code directly.
