Community site: login faq

I'm trying to follow the steps here: https://docs.webfaction.com/software/django/getting-started.html#configuring-your-django-installation in order to serve my local Django app on Webfaction. I'm stuck at step 8d, however.

Under my Domains -> Websites tab, I already seem to have an empty website set up with my app's name. So I click to edit that, and go to "Add an Application -> Create new application" like the tutorial says. I type in the name of my app, and change to Django for App Category, and then hit save, but I get this error:

This url is already being served by another app

How is this possible? This is the first app I'm creating on Webfaction.

We'll probably need to take a look at your account to determine this. Can you provide your username, domain, or open a support ticket so that we can investigate this for you?
