I just received message saying my account was compromised and a suspicious message was send. WebFaction has told me delete files

FILE HIT LIST: {HEX}_____

I don't understand what this means. Sorry computer illiterate. Is this something I do from my WebFaction dashboard? Thanks for any help! My site is down!!

You would have to connect using FTP or SSH. This is outlined in our documentation here. Than you will need to make backups of your sites before altering them by downloading them to the desktop. Than remove the files in the list. You will want to reply to that e-mail with any further questions that way if we need to be more specific and give you account details we can. This is the community forum and our answers have to be generalized.
