my private instance database is giving problem, not woring well, requires repairs, what is step by step commands to repair a private instance mysql all database in webfaction ?

If you need to check and repair all databases on your private MySQL instance, you can do so with the following command:

mysqlcheck --repair --all-databases -S ~/webapps/mysql_app_name/var/mysql.sock -u root -p
