I have followed these instructions, however when I make a test I get the following error message:

You do not have a SPF record, please add the following one to your domain housefy.dk:

v=spf1 a mx ip4:74.55.86.74 ~all

SPF is set to v=spf1 a:smtp.webfaction.com ~all in my domain settings.

All my e-mails are being marked as SPAM by Hotmail.

According to http://www.intodns.com/housefy.dk and confirmed below you are not using WebFaction name servers.

$ dig +short NS housefy.dk ns4.unoeuro.com. ns3.unoeuro.com. ns1.unoeuro.com. ns2.unoeuro.com.

Have you created the SPF record via your DNS provider?

Should it be done on both ends? Unfortunately I can't set webfaction as my primary DNS server. My registrar won't allow me.

The SPF records have to be set wherever your DNS resides. That is what will answer when requested.

It seems to be working now. Thanks. For those in doubt for UNOEURO they neither have a good documentation nor their control panel is clear on this. A new TXT entry must be added with the SPF parameters in the field VALUE.

Glad to hear that it is working. You are welcome.

Are there any common tips for stop this damn Microsoft from marking my emails as spam? It seems to be still doing so. That's unbelievable.

There can be many different reasons an email is marked as spam. Please submit a support ticket with the full email headers of an email marked as spam.

We would be able to advise you more accurately.
