We're trying to set up Amazon SES for commercial e-mail sending on OURDOMAIN.COM.
To set up DKIM, Amazon SES requires a CNAME record, but the WF control panel warns me that "Email settings cannot be configured if CNAME is set". Is there a workaround that will allow us to continue to send and receive individual emails via WF's servers and doesn't involve sending emails from a subdomain?
We currently use WF's DNS servers.

Typically, one creates a CNAME for a specified subdomain, not the main domain. If you aren't able to determine the correct values from the instructions Amazon has provided, please open a support ticket and include those instructions, and we should be able to tell you exactly what needs to be done.
