Can I use the ports 8000 and 8080 for an application Django?

No, ports 8000 and 8080 are not available.

When you create a Django application via our control panel, it as assigned a random port number. When you run the app, it listens on that port. If you're following some instructions that tell you to use port 8000 or 8080, then just replace that with your assigned port.

If you need additional ports for some purpose, then create "Custom app (listening on port)" applications in our control panel to get new port assignments, and then use those ports for your needs.
