WebFaction
Community site: login faq

Webfaction moved my server to a new IP block and now my SSL certificate is showing a name mismatch.

Strangely, it's points to webfaction.com rather than my own domain.

I've already reissued and reinstalled the certificate in the hope that would fix it, but it's still not working: www.offscreenmag.com

I emailed Webfaction a few hours ago but no response yet. My site is unusable and I'm not receiving orders. Does anyone have any ideas what else I could do to fix this?

Nothing you could have done on your end - it was a networking problem on the server preventing Nginx from picking up new config. Should be all sorted now. Sorry for the trouble!
