Is there a way to restrict a mailbox to only send messages from a single email address? I don't want mailbox users to be able to add identities or send email as each other. Also, are other webfaction hosted websites prevented from sending out email with my domain?

Unfortunately, there is no absolute solution to prevent someone from labelling their from address to whatever they want. To combat this, a lot of mail servers use Sender Policy Framework to determine if the sender is authorized to deliver messages for that domain. This is what we use also. Please see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sender_Policy_Framework

@NickR I SPF won't help if it's coming from the webfaction mail server, which is why I thought there might be some procedure for determining if a particular Webfaction hosted mailbox had permission to send from a particular domain. I know they block sending from gmail.com for example.
