Since this modification: https://statusblog.webfaction.com/2017/07/04/scheduled-maintenance-on-outbound-smtp-servers-sunday-9th-july/ i am being unable to use the mailbox with any third party app, even thunderbird.

No one it is replying my inquires, and more than 24 hours have passed. I am having a lot of troubles with new and current users.

I NEED A SOLUTION ASAP, AND SOMEONE REPLYING MY TICKETS. Are you not known for your good service? i even dont have an answer like " ok we are working to fix the problem" ... anything ...
