The 7.1 realease is the default version in "decent" hosting

I think we'll be rolling out an installer for PHP 7.1 within the next few days.

In the meantime, if you are on Web500 or higher (or on a cloud plan) and want to use PHP 7.1, you can convert any other PHP application to PHP 7.1 by adding the following to your .htaccess:

<FilesMatch \.php$>
    SetHandler php71.cgi
</FilesMatch>
