I have an app that I can't remove. When trying to delete it, I get:

There was a problem deleting the custom app named 'app_name' pk: 805665; Reason: Error 400 - Client Error

When I try to rm -rf app_name directory, I get a permission denied error.

The user/group is my user.

Any tips?

It is not possible to delete a directory in $HOME/webapps using shell commands like rm -rf or rmdir.

You can only remove them from the Applications page, using their delete button.

If an application failed to get created and its directory exists on the filesystem but you don't see it in the Applications page, or it is there but the delete button doesn't work, please raise a support ticket and we'll remove it on your behalf.
