I'm a first-time iPhone user, and I'm trying to set up my email account on Mail (iOS 11.1). The name of my account appears in Mail, however, none of the folders associated with it appear. How do I fix this?

They do. One thing that's a bit strange is that my Inbox should be empty (I have set up my desktop Mail to automatically sort emails into different folders for my business), but some emails still appear in my webmail Inbox, although they are grayed-out. I can still click on them to read them.

Ah-ha, solved! The 'missing' folders DO appear, but under my account BELOW all the iCloud folders.
