WebFaction
Community site: login faq

Hi, I used this https://github.com/will-in-wi/letsencrypt-webfaction successfully on some of my sites.

But now whenever I create new one, it's generated but always invalid (as in Chrome always show Privacy Error page even after few days).

I'm 100% sure the configuration is correct since I can renew the old one just fine.

Anyone have experienced similar error?

I would double check that they are not being issued against the LetsEncrypt staging site. Alternatively, you can try the method described here: https://community.webfaction.com/questions/19988/using-letsencrypt

Or; you can open a support ticket and provide specific examples.

Hi @NickR It's not staging. I posted more detailed info at Github. Firefox and Opera works fine, only Chrome still error.

Can you set both website records for HTTP/HTTPS to use the same IP, right now they are divided between two.

dig A +short thesyne.com 103.44.220.26 103.44.220.32

Set it so they both use the primary IP - 103.44.220.32

@NickR Hmm never noticed that there's a dropdown there. I have changed it. Hopefully it's fixed! Probably need to wait since it's still error. EDIT FIXED, THANKS!!

There is no ETA when Let's Encrypt will be supported via the WebFaction Control Panel.
