Hello, I'm trying to revive an old Wordpress site -- it hasn't been updated since 3.1.3 and obviously I'd like to put that right. Going to the url gives me a 500 error. The last line of the log shows: [Fri Mar 20 20:45:29.393574 2020] [cgi:error] [pid 30010] [client 86.160.69.198:51784] End of script output before headers: php52.cgi (I can post more if it's useful). Any clues about how to sort this out? Thanks :-) asked 20 Mar '20, 21:00 kensson |
Both Wordpress and PHP are in such an old version that it is hard to guess. Try changing the PHP version to 5.6 or raise a ticket so we can have a closer look. answered 20 Mar '20, 21:14 iliasr ♦♦ Thanks so much -- that was enough to get me moving in the right direction. Really appreciate your quick and helpful response!
