Hi,

I updated pip to the most recent version pip-0.8.2 I wish to upgrade a python module (sorl-thumbnail) to the latest version.

I enter this over SSH:

pip-2.5 --upgrade sorl-thumbnail

I get this error:

pip-2.5: error: no such option: --upgrade

Is there an easy way to fix this?

I think you're looking for the 'install' subcommand:

pip-2.5 install --upgrade sorl-thumbnail
