I have a CGI Application (Ruby, but that does not matter in this case) that has serious problems to run, because SuExec does not allow files with world-write permissions to run. Unfortunately, all symbolic links are chmod 777 and can not be altered.

What can I do?

Please open a support ticket to let us know the exact app, CGI script, and symlink to which you are referring. I'm almost certain that we'll be able to find a way to make it work!
