Is it allowed for me to use my WebFaction server as a personal backup server?

No - this is expressly prohibited in item 1.l of our Acceptable Use Policy:

"Storing material on our servers that is not for the primary purpose of hosting a website, and associated email functions. This includes, without limitation, storing backup data unrelated to your websites and emails or storing personal music or video collections."

So if i want to upload all of my 10 GO of image in zip to share with my friends, it's sort of private website, this is not possible ? and with a webdav ?

As long as you're serving the files via your website (and not over FTP) then this is fine :)
