Community site: login faq

Hi,

I'm in the process of migrating sites to Webfaction, and have run into a problem - there are existing mailboxes (courier imap/Maildir) that needs to be migrated. How can I do this?

Regards, fredrik

Since these are just Maildir (hooray!) there's a few ways to do this.

  1. You can set up your mailboxes in the control panel, then set these up in your mail client and just drag/drop from one account to the other.
  2. Use a dedicated service to do this, such as MailJumpr.

If you're having trouble doing this, we can occasionally do this for you. Just open a support ticket and we can get it started.

Thanks! MailJumpr seems like the easy way out =)
