Subdomain dns override

Hi,

We need to change NS (DNS options) for subdomain love.id-dating.ru to following:

IP for 194.67.27.115 ns ns1.mamba.ru IP for 194.67.28.62 ns ns2.mamba.ru

Finally, we need DNS look like: love IN NS ns1.mamba.ru. love IN NS ns2.mamba.ru.

But we couldnt find this option in control panel to manage subdomain NS records. We opened a ticket, but your support told us, that we can make changes only with our domain registration company. But they (registrar) answered us, that they dont host our DNS names for id-dating.ru and cant make changes in NS records for our subdomain.

So, only hosting provider can change NS record for subdomain love.id-dating.ru

How is it possible to change NS records for subdomain love.id-dating.ru to point it to nsXX.mamba.ru. dns servers? Thanks a lot.

I'm afraid your registrar is giving you bad information. We cannot change the NS used by your domain or any of its subdomains - only your registrar can do that.
