I mounted webdav as a directory, copied files from my Mac to server. Now the owner of the files is apache so that I can't move the file to other directory. How can I change the owner of the files to myself?

You can't change the owner of files (this requires administrative privileges). What you can do is copy the files from the WebDav folder to the folder where you need to put them into. You can then remove the files from the server over WebDav.
